I decided return to the 6th Street location for my 2014 Mazda 3 after they fixed my RX8 about three years ago. My experience this time was just as professional and pleasant as my first. In particular, the level of communication from Shabeer and the entire team was perfect. I never had to pick up the phone to call - the text messaging system is great - my concerns were anticipated at every step. Shabeer called to alert me to damage that was not evident until the car was in the shop. He showed me the damaged bumper and explained why it was necessary to replace it rather than repair it. Since the repair was out-of-pocket, I was hesitant to approve the additional repair, but he explained that it would affect the safety and, very likely, the fit and finish of the job. Brian B. was extremely personable and made our experience getting the front of my car replaced a stress free one. He went above and beyond to help my husband and myself to get our car repaired in a timely manor, and he worked amicably with our insurance company. Brian is very professional. He stayed after hours to work with us and he was always friendly and helpful. I will gladly return to Gerber in the future and send friends to Gerber because of Brian B.

Gerber repaired body damage to my car a little over 2 weeks ago and I was very pleased with the workmanship, quality, and timeliness of the service. The estimator, Mr. Timothy G. displayed an absolute knowledge of what needed to be repaired or replaced. Mr. G. was very professional, and that manner is a credit to himself and a reflection on Gerber. I have no question that if myself, or others I know need the type of service Gerber provides I will not hesitate to recommend your company, or use your services again.

Outstanding service! Tom was an excellent representative for Gerber as he was ready and willing to assist me with an estimate and recommendations. I had minor damage and Tom was able to get me in the very next day, provided transportation between my home and Gerber and kept me up to date on the status of my repairs. The cost of repairs was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Gerber to others.
