I was very happy with the service I received and the work performed. Nybia was so helpful and went above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible. She was very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns I had from the moment I came in for an estimate until I left with my repaired vehicle. Brittany was very friendly and cheerful. She made it a very pleasant experience . She also assisted me when I left some needed items in my vehicle and helped me retrieve them. Both of these employees are wonderful assets to your company and deserved to be recognized for their outstanding service.

The E-Star provider, Gerber Collision did an awesome job repairing my Hyundai Sonata. The staff of Marty, Jamie and Abby were GREAT. They were helpful and friendly through the complete process. I will do business with them and will tell others abut the great customer service I received. Many times they went out of their way to help and go the extra mile for me!

Jonathan called or emailed at least twice/week to keep us informed. He was kind and explained everything. Most important, my Kia Rio looks as good as when I bought it new :)

unfortunately (accident) this is the 5th time we have used Gerber in Valrico. Each time they have been polite , and have kept us informed on repairs. Each time repairs have been done in a time frame that was acceptable . They have done a great job on all our cars .
