My black Ford F-150 was in and out of the repair shop in two days. The quality of the work was superb and Shawn took care of me like a champ. Shawn was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept me updated on the status of the truck. In my opinion Shawn deserves 10 stars, a huge Christmas bonus, and the employee of the year award.

My family and I had a very challenging situation occur. My 17yo daughter in Florida had a car accident and my wife and I are stationed in Germany with the US Army. I was unsure of how to work through this situation. I contacted Gerber Collision in Zephyrhills, FL and spoke with Raeleen. She helped us over the course of three weeks deal with our daughters car situation. She kept us informed and went above in beyond what I would have expected for customer service. She is truly a caring person who is great representation for your business. Because of our experience with her I would recommend Gerber Collision in Zephyrhills to anyone looking for auto glass or collision repair. We are truly grateful for all her help and professionalism.

I drove into the Gerber driveway on Sept. 29 with front end and left fender damage and was met by George . He went over the damages and explained the procedure for getting my car back to me. George was very professional and the facility was tops. Both my insurance adjustor and a rental car person were on site. The process clear, fast and easy for me. Great service like this is hard to find now days but Gerber and George have it down to a "T". I expected to see my car back in about two weeks. Oct 2, I was called and told my car was ready to be picked up. Wow just a few days . You have great service, do great work and are a pleasure to do business with.

The team at Gerber took very good care of my vehicle and me. Shawn was very detailed in the process and also assured me it will be perfect. He took the time to address some concerns I had after the vehicle was finished and did not hesitate to make it right. I was very pleased with the effort put towards making my experience amazing.

I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great and reliable body shop. From the moment I received great customer service from Brittany who answered the phone. The call was then given to Darren who assured me that my car will be in good hands and ready by a certain date. Actually, my car was ready four days prior to the quoted date. Darren called me often with updates and really made the process easier for me.

The two estimators I dealt with are Tom and Jon. Both are knowledgeable and courtesy seem to flow from them. Tom did the original estimate. Jon handled the second portion coordinating the repair to my vehicle. I was originally sent to Gerber by another insurance company but when I did some checking y'all came recommended as a good business. I would recommend you in the future to friends and family.your estimators are the people most of us see and deal with. Tom and Jon are a credit to your company .

Nybia definitely deserves major WOW's. I had over $8,000 of work done on my car and I know that it won't come back perfect, but I'm a perfectionist; I go over my car with a fine tooth comb on a regular basis and I'm so glad she put up with me asking for minor things to be adjusted. Brittany and Nybia (Juan too) made my experience steller. I've been in an accident before and it was like pulling teeth to get everything right at the other car repair location but here, Nybia just fixed it. No questions no arguing, she wanted it just as perfect as me. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs their car fix. a+
