From the minute I walked into the door to get my State Farm estimate, to the moment I picked up my car, I was always greeted with a smile. These people are very professional and while I hope I do not need their services again, I would definitely return. I will recommend them to friends and family. On a side note, Nybia M. was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. You guys are the best!

My entire experience at Gerber was fantastic. They were very friendly. I never had to call to check on the status of my car because they made a point to call me and keep me informed. I received a call from the mechanic, Sean, the day after my accident. He gave me a date that my car would be finished by and it was ready right on time. When I went to pick my car up, the staff were all smiles. Because I wasn't able to pick my car up until a few days after it was done, it was a little dusty. Without me asking, they offered to wash it down for me. The receptionist was great and went through the paperwork with me page by page. The most important part, my vehicle looked like it had never been in an accident. Thanks Gerber for being so helpful during a stressful situation!

I took my car to be repaired to GERBER COLLISION on Forsyth Rd. in Orlando. That proved to be an excellent decision. The personnel I was in contact with (Rose, Catherine & Gus were very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I received a time schedule and every 3 days I was informed on the progress of the repair. Nice touch! The car was repaired to my complete satisfaction and ahead of schedule. Dealing with the GERBER personnel is a pleasure. They are happy, professional people who try to please and deliver a good product. They accomplished it, in my case, 100%. I will highly recommend their Company. Rose, Catherine and Gus, you made my day and I thank you very much.

We were absolutely thrilled with Gerber. Most companies offer mediocre customer service at best. I am being totally honest when I say, we have not been treated as courteously for years, as we were with Gerber! From the initial phone inquiry to the final wave goodbye - excellent! Great job guys, thank you for a wonderful experience! Oh, and the car looked as though it had been treated to an expensive valet service.....wow!!
