Tom inspired my confidence by showing he knew what he was doing and then explained the procedure and time line so I could understand it.

This past Monday on my birthday some unknown selfish person scratched my beautiful Black 2013 Mustang GT. Obviously annoyed about what happened it needed to be fixed ASAP. While actually looking for another shop I passed by Gerber Collision on Forsythe Road in Orlando. Figuring what the heck it's just a quote I took the chance and walked in. The shop was neat and professional and the receptionist was a sweet heart and immediately put me in contact with David an Estimator with Gerber Collision. We looked at the damage, talked over some options and within minutes I received a phenomenal quote. There was no B.S just straight talk. David was AWESOME!!!!!!! Gerber was able to start on the work the next day. The car was brought in on Weds and the work was expected to be done by that Friday. To my delight the car was ready Thursday. Though I was ... not able to pick up the car David made arraignments for me to pick up the car on Friday. I was in and out of the shop in 10 minutes and the car was perfect. My wife always says things happen for a reason and I always say trust your gut. Well there was a reason why I could not find the other shop because it was not meant to be. So in trusting my gut I saw Gerber Collision and walked through the door. I am extremely happy that I did. My car looks great, service was awesome , everyone was so nice , so professional and very personable. Should the need arise I wont go anywhere else.
