This may be one of the companies with the best service in Central Fl! When I got there Jerry was very kind to show me where to park and walked me to the office and answered my questions. I was greeted by Brittney who made me feel welcomed and valued. After mentioning I was hungry ... And was goi g to make coffee that was provided, Nybia, offered me a choice of snacks ! I sat in the lobby and watched then treat each customer with respect. David s was my State Farm rep and was very good as well! Thank you !

I had my windshield replaced by a mobile service and that company did a tremendous amount of damage to my car. My insurance company had to step in and make sure the repairs were done to my car. They sent me to Gerber and I am so happy with the quality and care they provided with my car. Gerber sent text message updates on the status of my car, and when they found even more damage they called to notify me and the steps that they would be taking to correct the damage. Communication is one of their strong points. Quality work is another. My car returned looking almost new again. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent work they preformed on my car.

Before going to Gerber Colliosion's LB McCleod location, I had experienced a lot of difficulty trying to repair major cosmetic damage to the front drivers side of my car. Due to a series of unforseen circumstances, I was driving around in my damaged car for four months, which was highly unsafe. However , the folks at Gerber took me in and made life a whole life easier. Michael, Brittany, Nybia and their worked very hard to repair my vehicle as fast as possible, updating me regularly on everything that was happening. In less than two weeks, my car was back to new and I was able to breath again.The staff at this location are extremely courteous, kind and hardworking and I would recommend the LB McCleod location in a heartbeat.
