This is a first time for my family and i and we thank you for an amazing experience and for making it a smooth transition regarding our car rental and alongvwith that said the job this team did on our vehilce was spectacular. I am very satisfied with the collision repairs to my 20111 Hyundai Sonata. I picked up the auto on Jan13, the day it was promised weeks before, and it appears to be in showroom condition. The people at Gerber kept me informed on a weekly basis as to the progress of the repairs. They were, at all times, very professional and attuned to my needs. I hope I don't need Gerber's services in the future, but will certainly use them if needed.

My experience with Gerber and the staff was outstanding and professional. The communication from the beginning of the transaction until the end was excellent. I felt so at ease even though my car had undergone a terrible and ugly accident because Justin always reassured me of a positive outcome and of course that my car would look beautiful again. This is absolutely necessary in times of stress and anxiety. The whole staff at Gerber has a positive outlook, friendly and professional at what they do. Everyday people making it happen!!!
