I went in to get my rear bumper replaced. The actual process of replacing the whole bumper took 2 days. The process from beginning to end was seamless. The ladies upfront were extra friendly, helpful, and informative. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line. I was so happy to get my baby back. She was clean and shiny! Thank you very much for that!!!

Chris was very helpful they did a great job on my windshield, front driver's side, hood, and headlights but when I drove it to work for the first time the right blinker stopped working so I will have that done out of pocket it stopped working on Nov. 6th. on the day I drove it for the first time to work as a matter of fact it looks like a brand new car people at work think it is newer than a 2003 so thank you guys I appreciate all you have done.

Lisa was very attentive and did an amazing job of communicating status updates. Your team here at this location (Amelia) demonstrated professionalism, courtesy and a general eagerness to impress me as a customer. I've hired and managed many employees over the span of my career and I can recognize your team is engaged. Also, I was impressed by your approach to correcting previous repairs done on my vehicle that I was unaware of. Your service manager greeted me and let me know that when they opened up car, they found evidence of a previous repair that was poorly done. He explained it was not covered by insurance, we took care of it as it's our job to make sure you have confidence in our work. Again, you've done an excellent job. I strong urge you to recognize and value the talent you have. Thank you
