Both Tim and Fran have helped me a numerous amount of times with my car repairs. Fran provides me with quick and efficient customer service, and Tim provides me with a detailed summary of what has been done repair wise to my vehicle. Thank you both so much for the service you provide me, you make my car look new every time! :) Hopefully this time you removed the "hit-me" target from my car.

Thanks to Britt H. my vehicle looks as it did prior to 9/21/2015. The exterior of the vehicle was shiny and a mirror image of the other side. I gave the feedback a 4 because the inside of the car was returned dusty from the service done and the building's public restroom was not clean.

I was referred to Gerber by USAA (I was not aware of the company prior to that time.) I am totally and completely satisfied with the work done on my car. It was ready one day earlier than promised and the finish on the car is beautiful. I was also given instructions on how to maintain the finish, which I greatly appreciated. My car is 7 years old and it looks like new.

Mr. Shabeer A. is an outstanding Estimator who treats his customers professionally and with the care thus puts them at easy and calm. From the second you step into the building you are well received. The paperwork is clear and concise. The Rental and Insurance is all coordinated and ready. You are updated via text and or email per your request. The quality of work is beyond profession. I live in Windwermere Florida and drive to the Gainesville Florida Office to do any work on my body work on my vehicle. I would refer any car to them in a heart beat.

Gerber Collision and Glass in Lutz, Fl went far and beyond what was expected getting our Auto fully repaired and returned to us in a professional manner. Mr Britt H. made sure everything was taken care of and explained things in detail. If I owned a repair shop I would would have tried to hire him to work for me!! I would recommend Gerber to others and return to you if I need repair again

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with this company and particularly this location. My vehicle was returned to me promptly and in excellent condition, which indeed I appreciate very much, but I'm even more grateful for the great customer service! Right from when I walked in the door the receptionist was very friendly and very cordial, and then my estimator, Nybia ;), treated me like family and was extremely helpful throughout the whole week. They succeeded in making me forget completely about the stress usually involved when dealing with car issues. You guys get a sincere thank you from me and I will definitely be recommending your services to all of my friends and colleagues. Thank you!
