I'd like to start off with the fact that this place has the best customer service! I was extremely nervous since I've never heard of Gerber, but they assured me that I was in good hands. The bodywork was flawless, and they cleaned my car inside and out! They also finished before the predicted date. I am extremely satisfied and my car looks brand new! Thanks guys!

Employees, Dave and Jean, were very knowledgeable, friendly, and performed on a professional level; they respond expediently to my need for service on my vehicle. These employees were very helpful in identifying the broken parts needing repair and the cost estimate was exactly the same as the final bill. They even offered suggestions to help me maintain my vehicle in the future. I felt very comfortable dealing with this company.

Brittany and Darren couldn't have been more accommodating in getting my minivan fixed a couple weeks back. I am not the easiest of customers to deal with but Brittany handled everything with grace and extreme professionalism. Darren did an amazing job on my car . The staff is really friendly as well. I just moved to Orlando and finding an auto body shop that you can trust is hard. But as soon as My husband and I met Darren we knew my car was in good hands. Thank you. I highly recommend this location .
