I worked with your Estimator Tom S. Tom has excellent communication skills and explained in detail just how the car would be brought back to original condition. In addition he provided a detailed cost analysis of the repair and spent time going over this analysis line by line. The car was repaired to my satisfaction. I would recommend Gerber!!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the location. I was also impressed with reception I received from Janet. Kerurig coffee was great. Dave made me feel I was in very professional hands. He made confident about the quality of work to be done on my damaged Lexus and assured me my car would be kept clean and free of sanding dust. Dave said he would call me twice a week to update the status of may and he did. Dave and Janet far exceeded my expectations as to the type of service I would receive from a body shop. Gerber Collision and Glass is an exceptional professional managed and customer oriented business. Kudos to the management that fosters this environment.
