Not knowing Gerber Collision, I was apprehensive at first about bringing my car there for auto body work. The estimator, Nybia M. won me over completely. She was friendly, thorough, conscientious, and followed through on what she said she was going to do. As long as you keep Nybia around, I'll be coming back and referring Gerber to anyone I know who needs body work.

Excellent repair work and excellent customer service! They are friendly, customer focused and kept me statused. I would recommend them to anyone who needs collision/glass services. And I hope I don't have to get collision repair again, but if I do, I would definitely work with them again.

I'd like to start off with the fact that this place has the best customer service! I was extremely nervous since I've never heard of Gerber, but they assured me that I was in good hands. The bodywork was flawless, and they cleaned my car inside and out! They also finished before the predicted date. I am extremely satisfied and my car looks brand new! Thanks guys!

These employees were very helpful in identifying the broken parts needing repair and the cost estimate was exactly the same as the final bill. They even offered suggestions to help me maintain my vehicle in the future. I felt very comfortable dealing with this company.

Brittany and Darren couldn't have been more accommodating in getting my minivan fixed a couple weeks back. I am not the easiest of customers to deal with but Brittany handled everything with grace and extreme professionalism.
