WOW!! What service! They said they could make collision repairs to my vehicle in 1 day and it was ready to pickup, shining like new, in less than 24 hours. Personnel were attentive to our needs and did a fabulous job. , If we ever do need collision repair or auto glass replacement in the future, we will surely call them again. I highly recommend this location. This is my first experience having a vehicle repaired after an accident. Thankfully it was a very positive one. Patrick provided customer service above and beyond my expectations. He sent text messages to keep me updated on the status of the repair. The car was returned as good as new, earlier than expected and cleaner than when I left it there. They even provided a lifetime guarantee of the repairs.

The work and the customer service were BOTH outstanding. Family-run business that hasn't forgotten about quality workmanship or caring for your neighbors. My car looks like it was never damaged, and they even found a part that another body shop said I couldn't get replaced. They helped me with logistics, as I live in another city, and kept me up-to-date with the progression of the repair. I will definitely recommend Gerber on Gilliam Ln to my friends and family!
