I was sent to Gerber by my insurance company after an accident. However as it was the other drivers fault, I had to go through their insurance. Shabeer A. recommended I go directly to an onsite adjuster as my car was not safe to drive. He gave me their name and address and within 2 hours my claim was processes and i was in a rental car. I am truly grateful to Shabeer for all his help and advice. He even followed up with me even though I didn't end up being a customer. He went above and beyond and its pretty rare to find customer service like this. Highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

I am very happy with the service and rework that Gerber Collision gave me. The employees were very kind and curtious to me and from what I could see of others that were there also awaiting at the same time I was there. They made sure that we were always apprised of what was happening with the rental car agency while we were waiting. So all in all I would definitely refer anyone to them for any repairs to their vehicle as it was a great experience for me. Especially since I have not had as nice an experience in the past with other places. I will definitely go there in the future if I ever need any repair work to my vehicle.
