Very professional, friendly, and informative. ALL of the staff from Brittany at the front desk to my estimator Mark...they were always there to take my calls, update me on the status of my car and help in any other way possible. All of the girls in my office suggested Gerber Collision to me when I found a rather deep door ding on my vehicle after work...To be honest I had never heard of this shop before until then. I will never take my car to ANYONE else. This will be my go to facility to repair my car. Gerber made my car look brand new!! Thank you!!!!

In mid-April 2016 Gerber Collision repaired my Mercedes E350 after an accident virtually ruined 70% of the driver side of the vehicle. The substantial work took about two weeks to complete and the results exceeded my expectations. They did a wonderful job welding new parts in, replacing the entire back door, the rear panel, matching the paint perfectly and keeping me informed as the work progressed. A special thank you to Rosa, the Gerber representative who called me frequently to let me know how work was going and when things were being done along the way. She was terrific and it was a pleasure to work with her and everyone there. I expected with so much work that had to be done that there might be some fine tuning afterwards and sure enough there was. I brought the car back and they got on it quickly, listened to my concerns and ... completed the extra steps the same day. Thank you to Derek H., his entire crew and especially Rosa. We were very please with the service and the manager with ongoing updates until our vehicle was ready. Our truck was very well taking care of and returned in tip top shape and they even thoroughly cleaned it inside. Ed is an asset to this location. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

My wife and I arrived at Gerber at 2 PM and were promptly greeted by your appraiser, George. George had with him the damage appraisers from Geico and a representative from Enterprise. The 3 worked smoothly as a team and my wife and I were on the road in our rented car it less than 25 minutes. This was the 2nd time within a year that we brought our car to this Gerber location for bodywork and we could not be more pleased with how we were treated the quality of the work done.
