The best customer service was the text messages during the repairs and updates for completion from the repair shop in Orlando. My car originally went to the Leesburg location and their decision to send my car to Orlando was fully explained. At the Leesburg center Erica was quick to return my calls and fully answered my questions. She has a positive, upbeat and friendly manner. While walking to the office, the service techs were friendly. The atmosphere is one of a local establishment.

within an hour of my accident, went to GERBER COLLISION, they spoke with my insureance, set up wtih a rental car and I was on my home. AWESOME customer insureance. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!@! drove in at 415, they took care of me and had me at the rental Enterprise and headed home in less than 30 min or less. Jennifer was the person who pulled the rabbit out the hat and created magic. i was home in less that an hour from the time of the accident to the time of getting a rental care and sent home and did not have to worry about my care. it was in safe hands. defnitiely go here....

I am very pleased with both the excellent results of the finished repair work and the amount of time my vehicle was in for service. Also, I was updated each morning so I knew what was happening. All the staff members I was in contact with were extremely polite and knowledgable . If I ever need car repair again or know of anyone else who does I will definitly return to Gerbers or recommend them to others. Thanks to all for the fantastic service.
