Mark and Brittany were the Estimator/Representative who were my point of contact at Gerber. Mark and Brittany were; simply put; AWESOME! I'm very particular about my vehicle and pay close attention to every little detail. The team at Gerber exceeded my highest expectation on handling my repairs as well as working with my insurance company (Infinity Insurance, who was equally as AWESOME!) With all of the fly-by-night companies and shoddy workmanship you get from more than half of any type of vehicle service provider; choosing a garage to take your vehicle to (for any type of repair) is always a daunting task. They also repaired some minor scrapes and scratches on my vehicle at no charge that were not part of my insurance claim. Everything from start to finished went exactly as they quoted it would; including the timeliness on the ... completion date, quality of workmanship, communication and efficiency. If anyone ever asks me if I know of an AWESOME body-shop, I will always recommend Gerber, hands down; THE BEST! Thanks again guys. read more

Everyone I encountered at Gerber Collision was courteous and professional. Terry H. the estimator explained precisely what the job entailed. Jean H. at the registration & check-out desk was most pleasant and professional and again explained everything on the paperwork. They were very accommodating offering to give me a ride home and also when I requested a pick up, they sent someone. The young man, Mike A. who drove me home was also very polite and Mike S. who picked me up when my car was ready was very pleasant and I enjoyed the conversation on the way back. I would recommend Gerber to anyone and I already have. I might also mention that the uniforms add to the appearance of professionalism and the office and waiting area were clean.
