Awesome experience with Gerber here in Cocoa, FL. They made is as painless as possible to get my car repaired. Estimate was quick and within 2 weeks from start to finish, I'm back on the road with my 2016 Subaru looking good a new! I especially appreciated the no hassle car rental pickup and return right at the Gerber shop. First time I've used Gerber. I know where to look next time I have a collision problem for sure. Thanks!

Everyone communicated well and was very friendly. My car looks like nothing ever happened and they even detailed the car when finished. It did take a few weeks to wait for the parts but was worth it and once the parts were in, the repairs were quick. Great experience for something bad that happened!

This was a very unique case were the insurance company of the other driver was paying part of the damage and since the beginning of negotiations with them, Britt H. was a great asset to have. Britt helped us get a proper estimate of the damages and guided us thru the repair process. Once the repair was scheduled, the turnaround time was spot on and we were updated every step of the way . Britt and the team made us feel at ease during this stressful time and would certainly recommend and use again.
