Any auto damage is a traumatic event but your folks at Gerber collision & glass on Hibiscus Blvd. in Melbourne, Florida turned my trauma into a sense of satisfaction that all is well with my van, once more. From the moment I drove onto their property until I picked up my repaired van, my experience with Gerber was first rate. Their customer service representative, Justin, was outstanding in every aspect. He was pleasant, competent, efficient and organized. Likewise, your auto body folks at that Hibiscus Blvd. location are true craftsmen and restored my van to like-new condition. The bottom line is that my 2014 Honda Odyssey looks brand new once again. You are fortunate to have a first class General Manager in the person of Richard to manage things at this location. He knows how to employ the best folks, keep them motivated and ensure ... that they deliver the highest standards of professional service. Hello, I just wanted to say how thankful I am to Darryl H. I was visiting from Jacksonville and the sun baked my rear view mirror right off while my family & I were enjoying Wet n Wild. I call another Gerber facility & he gave me a generalized way to repair the mirror, but when I called Gerber on 11725 S. OBT and reached Darryl, he also told me what to do, but he way above and beyond what I even expected. He told me that if I get the materials he would put it on for me. I can't tell you how pleased I was as I had tried to do it myself, but it fell down again and yes I panicked. I truly appreciate Darryl helping me as I was heading back home & did not want to travel on the highway with no mirror. He even offered us to come inside and have a seat while the adhesive cured. After he put the mirror back up, I asked him how much did ... I owe for the service...he said "Just make it back home safe", I was in awe. It is nice to know that there are still some caring people in the world. You have yourselves a very good employee and I thank you again, Mr. Darryl. You don't know how you calmed my nerves, thank you for helping me in my crisis. read more

My experience with Gerber was quick and painless to say the least. In my case the repairs only took about two weeks and were transparent with updates every Tuesday and Thursday until complete. The staff is very helpful throughout the entire process. Hopefully I will not need body work done on a vehicle as a result of an accident in the future, but if I do, I now know exactly where to go.
