Wow! I have never had such an extraordinary service. The staff was just awesome. Tony kept me updated on the repairs. They performed an excellent job. They went way beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone, and I will use them again if needed.

Customer service was great! My car was damaged pretty bad in a car wreck and was in the shop for a couple weeks. The staff at Gerber Cocoa kept me informed on a weekly basis giving me a status update. When I picked the car up it was very clean and now drives better than it did before the wreck.

On 7/20/16 I visited Gerber Collision for some repairs on my DTS Caddy. During this visit, I met Franky, the manager, and Brandon. They both exhibited the highest standard of customer service. My car was worked on by Schneider, who did an amazing, flawless job. The workmanship was excellent. My wife and I remain very happy and satisfied customers.

Started off by just driving by on a Saturday, stopped in met with Tina what a delight she sold me even though my company advised me to shop around, her knowledge and pleasant attitude made me feel comfortable that my car was in the right place for repairs! I turned the estimate in to my boss and advised him of the first experience I had with her and that this is where we need to have the repairs done! And WOW was I blown away by the service and repairs that were preformed on my vehicle inside and out made it look like brand new! I will send all my friends and family to this shop what a great crew they have there! And again Thank you again Tina it was an absolute delight meeting and working with you!
