I would like to commend Jon A. for the excellent experience. I had damage to the rear passenger quarter panel . The estimate was honored. There were no hidden charges. The work was done in time and he went over the job with me. He found a little overspray which he addressed immediately. The car was vacuumed and washed. The interior was clean. I will definitely recommend both Jon and Gerber to anyone needing work done. Thank you for being there for me Jon.

I'd like to express my extreme appreciation to your facility and staff at the Estero location. I had a large cooler fall on my truck and dent several places on and around the hood/quarter panel area. I take excellent care with my vehicles and I was sure that no one would ever return it to its factory finish . I was wrong. The facility was extremely clean and professional in appearance. Brittany was very pleasant and inspected the truck, explaining what needed to be done. I told her that I was having surgery in 5 days and live over an hour away. It would be difficult for me to pick up the truck after that. She said they would try they're best. I got a call on the fourth day saying the truck was ready. It looked perfect! I was so pleased. I found out that one of your employees named AJ had worked all day Saturday to make sure the truck was ... finished on time. I can't express my gratitude enough. Had a backing accident in parking lot, they painted rear bumper and it looks like a factory paint job. Albert the estimator was courteous, efficient and had me scheduled quickly for the repair. I'm taking my 2014 truck in for repairs in Sept. I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Palm Bay!

Darlene was exceptionally helpful and considerate prior to and during the time of repairs. My situation was unique in that the owner of the vehicle was overseas on military deployment. Darlene did everything she could to make it an easy process for me. It was such a relief to have a friendly voice on the other end of the phone during such a stressful time. The repairs were exceptional as well but the customer service really made the difference. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision.

Very pleased with the finished repair to my new truck. It looks new again! Sam, Ray, and the crew did a great job. The repairs were done on time and done right the first time. The paint matches perfectly and all of the body lines are perfect. You can't tell it was ever damaged. Thank you, and I will recommend your shop.

unexpected pleasure.......went in today to get a est. for some body work to see if i should make a claim with my insurance. i was greeted as soon as i opened my car door. and i explained my issue after looking at it they said they could fix it within a hour and thirty minutes..... i was able to relax comfortably and within one hour and twenty minutes they was done even washed my car for me. The work done to the car was flawless. I couldnt even tell there was any damage at all. and the cost was more then fair for the work that was done........they have made me a life long customer...they have a great team there. from the service desk to to the person that fixed my issue....

The paint on the hood of my 2005 silverado had blistered and was flaking off. The remaining paint was fine. The gerber crew did a beautiful job on the hood and even touched up the few nicks and scrapes.

George was super. I was going out of town on Monday and everyone went the extra mile to get my car back to me before I left. That was the best service. My car looks fabulous. They washed and vacuumed it also. If you need a repair done and done right , you won't go wrong by taking your car to Gerber Collision in Deland.
