I needed a repair to front passenger door and mirror. Kevin Allred provided a timely estimate and the repair was scheduled one week out. The repair work was outstanding. Door looks good as new. The repair was completed two days early and for $100 less than original estimate!

That to me was the most important aspect of knowing they really cared and wanted to keep customer informed. I dealt with Tom from the start to the finish of repairing my vehicle.. He was very attentive to keeping me up to date on the progress eof the work. Tom was very easy to deal with and I could tell it was sincere... The rest of the ladies I dealt with on the phone were also nice and professional.. I would highly recommend your company to do glass or body work... Anyway picked my car up this week and very happy with work that was done... Thanx again Tom for caring....

My estimator Jennifer was honest, knowledgeable, and sent me regular updates while my car was being repaired. They did a great job replacing my rear bumper, they even repainted the bumper that was delivered because the color didn't match perfectly. I really appreciate the quality work, I will definitely come back to Gerber for future repairs, and I will recommend you guys as well. Thank you!

The most courteous and kind customer service. After trying many different ways & searched for help in trying to loosening the screw that hold my old license plate; my last hope was to stop by Gerber. With enthusiasm they were able to unscrew and replaced the old license plate with the new. Gerber was heaven sent with unconditional excellent customer service.

Service was great, I was kept informed at all stages of he repair; and, auto was received ahead of schedule.
