From begining to end the customer service was second to none that I have personally dealt with. The staff went above and beyond, as my car had damage from a collision. They made what could have been a headache, a very easy fix. was constantly updated from various members of the staff, and I felt very comfortable with the entire team. I truly appreciate the Customer Service they showed me, in providing me spare keys to my roof racks without my request,. They took of the racks to repair some damages and I advised them I had no keys . The owner had them made for me, to my surprise, they deserve 5 out of 5 stars. Excellence service, would HIGHLY recommend. Thank you specifically to Jim and Owner.

Great service! Professional and timely service to repair a headlight previously damaged in an auto accident. They were responsive and friendly. The headlight replacement arrive very quickly and they accommodated my appointment request automatically as well. They even went out of there way corrected another issue for me !

I did a survey earlier that was in reference to my experience with Enterprise not Gerber Collision. I had a great experience with Tom and Tiffany at this location. My car looks great. They did a wonderful job. I will recommend them to my friends and family. The team kept me informed of my repair time frame and I got my car earlier than the estimated time. Great job Gerber!

This shop was beyond amazing and truly went the extra mile. I absolutely loved the service updates throughout the week and customer service was impeccable! The ladies in the reception area were knowledgeable and courteous, Rose really offered the best customer care I've experienced in a long time from any business. The entire experience from beginning to end was great. I have to say the reason that this happened was entirely due to the person who I was working with at your facility. Her name was Amy F. she was fantastic. She was professional, thorough, polite and even pretty funny. Most importantly I thoroughly appreciate her attention to detail. At one point I even asked her if she was part owner of the shop bc of how invested she was in the repairs being performed. The repair looks amazing and my experience was great. Thank you!!!
