I was under the impression my car would be in the shop for 1-2 days. when I dropped the car off at 11.30 am, Brittany assured me that it would be ready in the evening. I received a call at 4 pm that the car is ready. The work done on the car was flawless. Brittany made sure I was satisfied with the work. I would use them again if needed. I would highly recommend them.

Gerber Collision not only did a great job with restoring the body of my vehicle but their customer service is outstanding. Everyone is pleasant and the updates are consistent. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, the staff accommodated me and waited for me to get there even though it was after their business hours. Thank you Gerber Collision!

I'd like to thank everyone at your Forsyth shop for the speedy repair of my car. I got into an accident on November 30th. It was a horrible experience and I was dreading having to go through the process of repairing my car. I had an appointment for an appraisal on December 2nd, first thing in the morning. When my work schedule changed, I was nervous about calling to reschedule, because I didn't want to slow down the process. I called, explained my situation to Tiffany and asked if a family member could help me during the appraisal process. Not only did Tiffany say that was no problem, she took the time to explain the process in detail to my uncle. She later called me at work to let me know she would like to start the repairs right away, because my car was not safe to drive. Tiffany called me several times a week to update me on repairs. ... Every time, she informed me they were ahead of schedule! Originally, my car wasn't going to be ready until December 16th, but I was thrilled when I got the call on December 10th informing me that my car was ready for pick up! All in all, Gerber Collision made terrible experience a lot easier. When I picked up my car, they even accepted my rental and said they would make sure it got back to Enterprise. I hope this is my last accident- ever- but, should I need a collision shop again, I will definitely go back to Gerber. read more

The right rear tail light and surrounding parts were recently damaged on my 2011 Ford Expedition. . I have had a past experience with then, Factory Specs when I hit a deer with my CRV back in October 2013 and sustained $6,200.00 in damage. Factory Specs did a really fantastic job repairing all the damage. This is why I requested Factory Specs to fix my Expedition. Even though the name has changed to Gerber, the excellent service and the quality of workmanship is still second to none. A special thanks to Josh for his daily update and progress on my vehicle. He identified an area of corrosion on the tail gate that needed repair and I authorized him to fix. Shows his keen eye for detail. If there are any questions feel free to call or email me. I will always recommend Gerber " Factory Specs" to whom ever I can.

From the time of appointment till the car was repaired and ready to be picked-up, the staff was Outstanding...Providing me feedback as the process proceeded from time of entry to the facility to the time of my pickup. I was advised it would be two weeks but they completed my work ahead of schedule by 5 days...OUTSTANDING..... Excellent staff
