My replaced tail light kept going out. Kevin and the staff was always accommodating and pleasant. Gerber has found a customer for life. Yesterday, I left home in a hurry and in the process I forgot to put honey in my oatmeal. The receptionist actually looked and found 3 packets of honey. I give credit where credit is due. Gerber thank you for your A++ service. God Bless you and I will tell my associates about you.

Completed work was as if no damage had been done to my van. I did have a problem with the length of time it took and staff telling me that it would be done in a day or two several times. I called the manager, Brad P., and he moved the work faster to get the work completed. He was very fair with us.
