It was the best experience I have ever had when getting a car repaired. I received a text every couple oa days keeping me informed about the status of the repair work ,and an expected due date for the return of my car. I would recommend Gerber to everyone I can not thank them enough . Everything was done to perfection and I even got my car back about 6 days early . Thank you to all the employes at Gerber.

My car was old and paint was fading away some part .Accidental collision didn't gave a damage to that upper part but, They took extra time to paint entire area . Now car look much better than before. Great job! Thanks

Michael & Donna took very good care of me, and my car! I was rear ended, and had to deal with the other driver's insurance company,They helped me by staying in touch with the claims adjuster, and getting the work done, and paid for. The other employees, who did the work, did a great job. You couldn't tell that there was an accident at all. I would take any of my cars there, if I ever had a need. Great company!

Today, out of the blue my insurance company needed a copy of my estimate, final bill and pictures from a 2013 accident. I called your location where i (happily) had the repair done and spoke to Brian B. I was worried that the information that i needed would be long filed away. Luckily- Brian greeted me cheerfully on the phone and was able to forward me everything I needed within a few minutes!! Its been a longtime since Ive come across someone who was able to provide such excellent customer service. Thank you again Brian!! And, thank you Gerber Collision for making it that much easier for me to cross something off my to do list today.

I never had an accident before and was applying a claim with my insurance company USAA for the first time. My adjuster recommended Gerber to me being close to my home address and they were available to service my car. They made the process extremely easy and I had my car a Dodge Gran Caravan 2011 back in three- four days . I want to thank the entire staff at Gerber Collision for the service they were able to render to me. I will go back in the future and recommend to others who happen to be USAA members for repairs. My car looks like a new vehicle and they gave me my car a week early. I just need to go back to have some lettering glued on which only takes a few minutes. Great group, I am very happy as a first time client. They do accept other estimates to review and provide service.
