Excellent service. Quick to get my car in. Repairs were completed a day earlier than expected. They even washed my truck (which, if I would have known they were going to do that I would given it a little TLC before dropping it off as it was pretty dirty!). For as much of a pain as having a damaged car is, you all made the experience of getting it fixed easy.

Zac and Magail were great. I feel like i have a brand new car all over again ??. But honestly zac was great he kepy in contact always kkept me up to date. They even vaccumed my car which was grratly appreciated. Hopefully i dont get into another accident but if i happen to than i would xmore than gladly take my car to gerber.

Manager Justin G. was committed to my satisfaction and continued to work to analyze and correct a problem with a very difficult paint match until it was resolved and the job was successfully completed. He remained polite and receptive to my comments even though it became necessary to repaint potions of my red S10 multiple times. When it was finished the match was exact. I felt that Justin wanted me to ultimately have had a positive experience, and I did. I will recommend him to others when I have the opportunity. Thnx.
