Great service! Professional and timely service to repair a headlight previously damaged in an auto accident. They were responsive and friendly. The headlight replacement arrive very quickly and they accommodated my appointment request automatically as well. They even went out of there way corrected another issue for me !

They did a wonderful job. I will recommend them to my friends and family. The team kept me informed of my repair time frame and I got my car earlier than the estimated time. Great job Gerber!

The ladies in the reception area were knowledgeable and courteous, Rose really offered the best customer care I've experienced in a long time from any business. The entire experience from beginning to end was great. I have to say the reason that this happened was entirely due to the person who I was working with at your facility. Her name was Amy F. she was fantastic. She was professional, thorough, polite and even pretty funny. Most importantly I thoroughly appreciate her attention to detail. At one point I even asked her if she was part owner of the shop bc of how invested she was in the repairs being performed. The repair looks amazing and my experience was great. Thank you!!!

Gerber is awesome! They repaired my vehicle and their customer service was awesome. It's important to have the vehicle looking good, but it was nice to have such friendly service! My vehicle was supposed to take up to 7 days. I had my vehicle back in two! They kept me updated and informed each step of the way! I highly recommend this place!
