I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful and stress free my experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was! The professionalism of this establishment is 5 stars in my book! Derek went above and beyond for me to make my visit easy and he is so GREAT with his customers!!!! He should be recognized for this ...............I know I did. I will send my friends and my customers there for any auto repair in the future. Thanks again Derek for what you do!!

All were pleasant, polite. Estimate took little time to print. I made an appointment for a quote the following day. On my way to car and a gentleman approached and asked if he could help. I told him I was coming back the next day and he asked me to wait while he wrote up estimate so I wouldn't have to come back. He e-mailed me an estimate that afternoon.

This location was amazing in helping with my claim. State Farm was the at fault company and they worked everything out with them. I didn't have to do anything other than drop my car off and pick up the rental. Jeff kept me updated twice weekly. When I came and picked my car up, it was in MUCH better shape than when I left it. Not just the dents but the inside was clean, my car was shinning in every detail. I was very happy. I want to commend Bob and his whole team. You've got really valuable employees there!

It was a pleasure doing business with Tom at Gerber Collision in Deland. He was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. He looked at my car; explained in great detail what needed to be done, and the timeframe that would be needed for the repair. He handled everything as stated and had my car ready within the timeframe given. The car looked great and I was completely satisfied with the work done. I would recommend Tom and Gerber Collision to a friend. Thanks Tom!

WOW. The place is spotless. I sat on the chair in my scrubs and was able to go directly to work. No smell. The repair was quick and easy. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The team at the Gerber Collision in DeLand, FL were totally professional and caring when it cam to the needs of my car and quality. Daily notification as to my car's progress gave me so much ease during this time. Once the car was completed I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident, just beautiful. The whole team which consist of Brun, George, Jonathan and especially Tom, you guys are the bomb!!!! Thank you so much for taking care of me and making my car look amazing, again....

I decided to use Gerber upon recommendation of my insurance company; however, I was reluctant to do so. I have used several other local body shops in the past for both personal and fleet vehicles and have always had some level of disappointment and frustration. The communication I received from Gerber far exceeded anyone else I have dealt with in the industry and the work to me vehicle, which was somewhat extensive, was completed very quickly and ahead of schedule. Jeff and the staff were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Gerber and will certainly use their services again in the future when the need arises.

Today I had an appointment at Gerber to have my drivers side door looked at. It was scraped in a parking lot recently and I did not know if it would need painting or what. I stopped in for my appointment with Raymond M. and he walked out to my vehicle and saw the damage. He immediately started rubbing the affected area with his bare hand and in a few minutes any evidence of the "hit by a door or side mirror" as totally gone. I offered to pay for his service and quick fix and he said "my pleasure and have a nice day on us". Wow, what a customer focus and I am a happy camper. I will refer them business all day long for that random act of kindness in treating me like a valued customer. Thanks Raymond.
