I truly wish I could give them a higher rating than just 5 stars. I was in an accident about a year ago. The other drivers insurance (USAA) told me to use Gerber collision. From my first interaction with Tom to the last I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The repair to my truck was beyond compare. After this experience I have referred Gerber Collision to anyone that is looking for auto body repair. Fast forward to this year, another car accident with me being sandwiched between two cars, again. This time when I called the insurance company I was given a choice as to where I could take my car. From my first contact by the receptionist , to my assigned estimator, Leah H. ,to the repair technicians, they were all courteous, all acted in a professional manner and they were extremely helpful. Leah was always in contact with me as to the repair progress and if I had any questions she always answered them. She made a difficult situation into a pleasant experience. To date, the repairs made on my new Ford pickup are excellent and all my friends have complimented as to the repairs. You can not tell that my vehicle was damaged, it still look like its brand new.
