Carlos also did a great job reassuring me the vehicle repairs would be done . And they would keep my car safe. The communications via text were timely and kept me informed of the time frame for the repairs. The office was welcoming and clean . Tom S. was a pleasure to work with. Not only was he professional, but he was timely, funny, and thorough with his work. After getting rear-ended and the poor guy totaling his Toyota Camry in the back of my truck, Tom made the process of getting my life back to normal very easy. He was timely with his check-ins and status updates on my vehicle and my vehicle service took less than the quoted time. If you have USAA or any insurance for that matter, I highly recommend stopping in and getting Tom as your Estimator.

Kevin was such a big help. Everything he told me was correct, even though my insurance told me something different. If he hadn't gone out of his way to help, I would have had to pay for my rental, and probably more of the work done. He was very courteous, helpful, and kept me informed on everything that was going on. He was right on the money for how long it would take. Rachel was very nice every time I came in and helped with the Rental Car also.

She was so great and thorough that at one point I asked her if she had an ownership stake in the business. She took care of my vehicle as if it were hers). The car looks perfect after the work was performed. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience.
