After being stressed out over a hit and run accident, my insurance company sent me to Gerber for a damage estimate. They gave me a reasonable estimate and time required for repair. They had me transported to the rental car location as well. Everything was done on time with no surprises. They even kept me informed each day with a text or phone call. It alleviated much of my stress and put me back in my own car as quickly as possible. Great customer service.
