Tom from the first minute made sure that I would be taken care of. He walked me through the process and made sure to complete a thorough estimate. Once my truck was turned in for repairs to begin I received calls from Tom every few days to let me know where in the process they were in the repairs. I go to pick up my truck a week and a half later and I am just blown away with how good my truck looks. Tom was always in a great mood and ready to help me. Never did he make me feel that I was a bother when I had questions. All around great process in light of the pain of having to do repairs in the first place. I would and will recommend Gerber for vehicle repairs.

Great experience. Everyone at this shop from the receptionist, to the estimator, to the general manager were fantastic. They got my truck repaired and looking good as new. The communication was great too, which helps out big time.

Great customer service! Dulce D.is very knowledgeable, detailed,, and honest when inspecting vehicle for damages and providing quotes. Gerber Collision has a great team of auto body repair technicians and my car was returned me in outstanding condition. I personally recommend Gerber Collision for their services.
