My experience was absolutely wonderful there Tonya, who is the lady at the desk was the best Harry was my tech that worked on my car and he was absolutely out of this world. I would totally recommend Gerber to anybody. I know the all the staff are they're just wonderful thank you.

My daughter had an accident on her way back to college and we took the car to Gerber collision/glass off of Apalachee Pkwy in Tallahassee. We were welcomed by a beautiful soul by the name of Ti-Hisha B. who runs the place and she totally took charge and took care of my daughter. As a mother who had to leave to go back home the next day and leave my daughter there to finish up with all the details, Ti-Hisha felt my concern and worry and told me she had my daughter and would take care of her. It was such a blessing to know I had someone to take care of her in my absence. She was extremely good at communicating with me and telling me what I needed to do on my end. She cares about the people who come in there mostly shaken up from a terrible accident and knows how to calm their nerves. I will be forever grateful of her care for my daughter ... and me. This is my second time using Gerber Collision, and both experiences have been excellent. Last year we were sent to Gerber by an insurance company after my wife's car was rear-ended. Based on that good experience, this year I took my 4Runner there for a minor cosmetic repair. They were helpful, informative, fast, approachable, and did a great job with the repair.
