What a comforting experience! Holly and the technicians were true professionals with thorough explanations. I am new to the area and a bit out of my comfort zone not knowing the service providers. It has been a pleasure working with Kelly F. and Kelly S. They have both been awesome from the very first phone call. The follow through they offered was amazing from the tow truck picking up the vehicle to returning the rental car and picking up our vehicle. They did a great job on repairing and fixing the damage to our vehicle. They answered all our questions and have been courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Thanks to all the employees at Gerber Collision located at 805 E. Hibiscus Blvd, Melbourne, Fl. for making this process so much easier to deal with. More businesses should follow their great customer service!! I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs done. Great job!! Thank you!!!

After running over debris on Hathaway Bridge my front bumper was knocked loose. I crossed the bridge and immediately stoped here where in less than 5 minutes they had popped it back in place where it has stayed for 4 months. I can't thank them enough for such a friendly and instant fix. And at no charge which I certainly wasn't expecting. I had been recommended of them and sorry for the late feedback. Just wanted you to know how very Happy I've been.
