Gerber Collision, Clermont FL, does the BEST work around. They totally rebuilt the front, from left fender to right fender, of my 2013 Black Cherry Kia Soul after the car was wrecked on a rainy Monday morning. Called and said the car was being towed straight to the shop. Manager Derek and his staff took excellent care of me, my son, and my car. Just can't say enough good stuff about them. They made sure to get all Kia parts, and even replaced the windshield.

I would give 10 stars if possible. Everyone in the shop was incredibly professional. The gentleman who evaluated my car (Shebeer A.) went above and beyond with checking possible options and solutions for the problem that I brought my car in for. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone. Sometimes as a female dealing with car issues, you are treated like you know nothing (whether you do or not). Mr. A. was so professional and helpful. The customer service was excellent and I appreciated it very much.

Gerber Collision provided excellent customer service from the moment my car arrived. I got calls & text updates regularly throughout the time my car was being repaired. Today I got my car back and it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs their car repaired!

We just picked up our 2003 Ford Focus. I was in an accident with it. Really don't know what to say but Wow. The car has never looked this great. This is my second time using them and both times I have been amazed. Thank you again.

Was very happy with my service. Joel kept me up to date with progress, and at times struggles they were having (bracket on back order held things up). Upon pick up they made me aware of a part that the insurance co. did not cover, and offered a solution for me. Very interested in what is best for the customer. I would be happy to recommend to anyone I know needing work on their car.

The service and customer support at this facility is unequaled by any other organization I've dealt with. Leah H. (Estimator) worked through this process in spite of the poor Insurance company (Assurance America.... terrible company) and helped me through the process. I will recommend this facility to others and I will definitely take any vehicle bodywork here. The entire staff if friendly and well trained. Thanks.

Jeremy made this repair way better than I had expected! He worked around my schedule, always kept me informed and handled all the insurance arrangements. They even gave me a ride to the airport when I brought my truck in. Jeremy and everyone at this location were pleasant and accommodating. This while experience, exceeded my expectations. I hope I never need repair again but, if I do, I'll be back. Thanks!

this location is wonderful...they give up dates...the vehicle was a mess from two pitbulls trying to get a cat they chased into the engine....receive the vehicle back looking Amazing....this car had over 1900 in damages....the dogs used like a chew toy....The staff are very friendly....the body work, engine cleaning , tire service... This is a 5 STAR BUSINESS...
