This was a minor body repair however, I had an opportunity to interact with four individuals in the Sanford, Florida location during the process. They were all extremely professional and knowledgeable. I can't say enough for their customer service and willingness to explain the process and procedures. This is not my first encounter with Gerber in Sanford, as my wife has also had her car repaired here. The professionalism and service previously was what made me come back this time and I will recommend them whenever I have an opportunity.

Gerber Collision is an excellent auto body repair shop. Tommy S. , my USAA Insurance representative is an excellent adjuster who treated me with courtesy , respect , and conducted all of the business in a professional manner. His communication skills were very efficient and kept me up to date as to the status of my auto repairs from start to finish. Excellent shop that runs very efficiently. The repair man did a superb job on my vehicle. Kudos to everyone at Gerber. I am very satisfied with this shop. Oh ! almost forgot ! Kelly , the receptionist was very courteous and helpful with whatever I needed whenever I called the shop. Thanks very much for a wonderful job..

We are so pleased at the expert work we received at Gerber. They finished early and the price was very affordable. I am a disabled veteran and usually use an electric wheelchair. They knew I had an IV scheduled at the VA hospital on Friday so they worked hard to finish sooner so I would have it so I would be able to have my lift and take my electric wheelchair. I will recommend Gerber to my friends and associates.

I'd definitely give it a BOOM, BOOM, WOW, WOW!!! My Estimator, Kevin J., as well as the Receptionist, throughout my entire experience, were wonderful. I had only Positivity toward this company. A few of the positive things I admired the most are their Admiration, Praise, & Respect, & Devotion for their clients. Upon arrival, 5/17/17, Mr. Jones, as well as the Receptionist, had no clue who I was or when I'd be arriving. He, as well as the Receptionist I meet at the door were nothing but respectful, professional, ask me how I was doing & offered me coffee or water, etc. It was obvious I was upset, not that I was in a car accident, but the circumstances in which that action had put in. I tried to explain it to the MP Officer with no remorse. I had an appointment scheduled for 5/17/17 with a Mr. Kevin J. Keven listen, took the ... time to ask me questions regarding the collision, took it into consideration when looking to make sure he covered every aspect that may had been effected. WOW, I got a phone call the same day, which was on a Wednesday afternoon, if I recall correctly, he discussed the repairs, parts that would have to be ordered and told me to check back on Monday. Called back Monday morning, he let me know it was painted but that a wrong part had been sent and they'd need it an extra day until the part had and it'd be ready.... I picked up my Vehicle today, 5/23/17' which is a turnaround of approx 5 working days. Because of his care, concern, willingness to listen to my situation, I will be able to get my Mom, an 89 yr old Alzheimer's Patient as well as in latter stage of Congestive Heart Failure, back to Alabama just in time to legally get her moved down to Florida in order for me to be her caregiver instead of a Nursing Home. Gerber Collission/Glass Repair Company on Palmetto Rd, Merritt Island, Florida, is a company that exemplifies professionalism , hard work, dedication, and respect. These kinds of Companies, are few & far between in today's society. I found them extremely creditable, trustworthy, professional, detailed in their repair, & respectful in all areas. I will forever be grateful to & for this company.. The receptionist represented herself with superb respectfulness & was definitely superb in making sure you understand everything that was paid for and what they will be filing to my Car Insurance Company, not only to me but I personally witnessed her mannerisms with each and every customer that came through their door... I absolutely 100% + would give this company an A+ WOW, for workmanship, respect,, professionalism, commitment, & warranty that's is for a lifetime for as long as I owe the vehicle...
