AWESOME service, from the first time I walked in the door until my truck was finished. I went in to get an estimate before I called my ins. co. and they scheduled me an appt. to get that done. They were considerate of my needs and time. When I called ins. and asked them to use Gerber I was pleased to know that it was on the approved easy list from State Farm. That process made it so easy. Gerber called me to schedule the painting. The process to drop off and get a rental were so simple. The BEST part is I was coming from Orlando to pick up my truck, THE NEXT DAY, (now that's service!) I was 5 minutes late getting to Gerber but the man on duty opened the door and let me pick up my truck, drop off the rental and he was so very kind and considerate. I really, really appreciate the service I got and the kindness shown. Very professional! I ... hope I don't need any more service but if I do I will be calling Gerber in Clermont! Brought my 2014 f150 pick up for body work from an accident and they were quick to fix everything. After I picked it up and they did the alignment and bumper work I noticed some issues I called them up as I noticed it they said bring it in and we will take a look . They are very reliable and honest. Clermont fl Gerber get a 10 stars in my books. Thank u hecktor, Joel, Rosa, Christina, and Tammy. For anyone else I left out thank you.

Had my 2011 Jaguar XF repaired at the collision shop. The work was professionally done, the price was fair, and the customer service was outstanding. Chris M. the individual who was my service provider ensured I was informed every step of the way. My car was repaired and returned back to me on time and looking almost like new. Thanks to Chris and the team for a job well done. I would highly recommend Gerber and ask for Chris.

I brought my vehicle in for repair for a bent bumper. I needed a replacement for the bumper of my 2012 Kia Sorrento which cost over $200.00. The part was ordered and I was notified when the part arrived at the shop. I came with my four year old daughter and I was told it would take a few hours. I was not prepared to wait that long and I expressed my concern to Hector. He disappeared and in a very short time my vehicle was ready and repaired beautifully. In practically no time, my daughter and I were on our way again. I cannot say how much I appreciate the great staff, Hector R., Winston, Cristina and J.R., at Gerber Collision and Glass in Clermont, Florida. I recommend Gerber Collision to everyone. I truly thank and commend Hector, Winston, Cristina and J. R.

For the repairs needed on my vehicle, I shopped two other collision repair shops. Gerber Collision & Glass was definitely a good choice. The staff was very friendly and the repairs look great, can't even tell their was damage to my car. Thank you Emmie for taking such good car of me and my car. I will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends.

After an unfortunate, stupid mishap, I brought my beloved 2000 Toyota Tacoma to your shop in Deland to receive an estimate on repair. Larry G. did a great job of itemizing the estimate and clearly communicating the process that would ensue. He was knowledgeable and friendly and clearly responded to my numerous questions. I was sold on Gerber by Larry's straightforward and friendly assistance. I brought the vehicle in to confirm and begin the repair on the 28th and picked it up earlier today (7/6/17). Throughout the process Larry was clear how things would progress and how they were progressing as the repair work continued inclusive of my visit on the 21st to approve the work and pay for the needed parts. The quality of your workmanship is outstanding. I am totally pleased and, quite frankly amazed. You have a customer for life (though I ... hope I don't need to use that option too often.....). I will definitely recommend Gerber in Deland to anyone needing car repair or paint work. Lastly, I want to reiterate the positive interaction Larry G. provided during a difficult time. He is a quality representation of your organization and someone I would gladly work with in the future. He is a credit to your firm. Thanks for a very positive experience.
