ALLOW ME TO EXPRESS MY SINCERE APPRECIATION FOR THE "OUTSTANDING WORK PERFORMED ON MY VEHICLE." THE WORK PERFORMED WAS "BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!" FROM THE FIRST TIME I ENTERED THE FACILITY TO GET AN ESTIMATE FOR MY VEHICLE TO THE VERY TIME I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. I AM "COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY SATISFIED!" THIS FACILITY AND "ALL" THE PERSONNEL I CAME IN CONTACT WITH ARE EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE!" Very happy with the staff, they were very friendly and I feel the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with hertz calling them to let them now I wanted am equivalent vehicle to what I had being repaired.

My 2016 Honda Civic had both passenger side doors severely dented after another vehicle collided in to me on the interstate. After calling Gerber I was promptly set up with an appointment within the next few days and worked with Amy Feltus on my estimate. She was very personable and great to work with -- she consistently kept me updated over the two week repair period about the status of the repair. I want to also thank the auto body repair technicians for their great job, the car looks just as it did before the accident.

Fantastic! Awesome! Perfect! From Start to finish Gerber has shown they are a cut above the rest. This is the second time I have used Gerber in the last 6 months and throughout both occasions the service, follow up and repairs were superb! After having an accident and the hassle that comes with that ,my dealings with Gerber Collision surpassed my expectations. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff from Fran at the front desk to Chris our advisor. They did a great job on repairs and were done ahead of schedule. I will highly recommend the Hibiscus location. Zak did an excellent job explaining to me how the repairs were going to work and he worked very well to clarify the different repairs from 2 separate collisions and he needed to work with 2 different insurance companies. He was also flexible to change dates of the repair start and he waited for the "estimator" of the second insurance company. He was also able to fit the schedule to make additional body repairs beyond the repairs for the collisions. I paid for the additional repairs.It was a pleasure to work with him. It was also a pleasure to work with Magalis in the front desk and she assisted with the renal car and all the necessary paper work. Keep up the good work!!!

I want to say I had the BEST service at this facility! your Estimator, Wendy B, is such an incredible asset to your team. She took all of the stress away from an extremely stressful situation. My truck backed into someone else, who then right afterwards backed into mine, so there were 2 accidents within one, so 2 different insurance companies and 2 separate estimates were required. She handled the situation with such care and professionalism (which by the way, is RARE at any business these days). She not only kept me updated with any new information, she referred me to a convenient car rental place (when the one I had was not being cooperative). I got a nice gas efficient rental which was a bonus. The service at your facility was done ahead of schedule and I have no complaints, only praise for this sweet woman.
