This location has the best service, I took my Infinity Q60 for some body work; at the time I did not have an appointment however the staff make me feel like they were expecting me. The work was completed ahead of schedule and I appreciated the updates via text. The friendliness and professionalism of the young lady at the front office was superb! (You know who you are, R) In the future, I will continue to bring our vehicles to this awesome facility.

My initial review wasn't the best. I had a problem with my car overheating after I got my car back. I took my car back to the shop. Maria went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed at no cost to me with the insurance company and called me to inform me of updates daily. I want to thank the team at the Kirkman location for going above and beyond. I really appreciate everything you have done. Thank you!!!!

In January, my vehicle was damaged by a tree in my apartment complex. As a new resident to FL, I was quite distraught when this occurred; however my insurance company set me up with Gerber and they were exceptional! My car was towed to Gerber within 24 hours. Gerber kept me incredibly informed throughout the entire process and even stayed open late for me to pick-up my vehicle. My vehicle had over $15,000 worth of damage & still rides like new (because of Gerber). I really appreciated them cleaning it as well!

Tom S. was absolutely amazing! It took a little longer than we expected but he kept us up to date on everything done! We have a brand new 2017 Kia Optima and My husband is a previous ambulance collision repair guy so he was extremely picky with what he expected and Tom listened and made sure every concern was addressed! His promise that my car was back to being safe for our 2 kids to be in again meant the most! Thanks again, Tom! The Fuller family appreciates everyone at Gerber collision who made sure our car was done the correct and safe way!!!
