I had a small break in my rear fender, but I was treated like I was the only client they ever had. They gave me all the information I could possibly want, without asking. I was unable to get a rental car, so they had someone drive me home 12+ miles. I received text messages telling me the situation & progress of the repairs twice every day; and when the car was scheduled to be ready I received another message giving me a time of completion. I picked up my car within 1 minute of the time I was told it would be ready. This is an amazing, caring group of people, and although I hope I never have to use them again I will certainly sing their praises every chance I have.

My 2012 Lincoln MKZ was clipped on the front in Savannah Ga. Thanks to the meticulous efforts of TJ and all the auto body staff it has been restored to it previous beauty. When generic aftermarket parts didnt fit, TJ made sure they got OEM to replaced the front end..so it would look like new again. You restored her to me whole again. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone who needs a good auto body shop. Thanks

I was very pleased with Hectors excellent service and concerns for our repair experience to be as quick and pleasant as possible. He called us often to give us a update on the repair progress and time line. We were very pleased with all aspects of Gerbers service. We would recommend Gerbers to anyone.

Enjoyed working with the staff. Very professional! Kevin J. was my service advisor and did an outstanding job! Very detail oriented. My 2013 Toyota Tundra Platinum truck looks just like new again! Highly recommend these guys. They also replaced the windshield which was badly chipped due to road stones which came out of an 18 wheeler.

AWESOME service, from the first time I walked in the door until my truck was finished. I went in to get an estimate before I called my ins. co. and they scheduled me an appt. to get that done. They were considerate of my needs and time. When I called ins. and asked them to use Gerber I was pleased to know that it was on the approved easy list from State Farm. That process made it so easy. Gerber called me to schedule the painting. The process to drop off and get a rental were so simple. The BEST part is I was coming from Orlando to pick up my truck, THE NEXT DAY, (now that's service!) I was 5 minutes late getting to Gerber but the man on duty opened the door and let me pick up my truck, drop off the rental and he was so very kind and considerate. Brought my 2014 f150 pick up for body work from an accident and they were quick to fix everything. After I picked it up and they did the alignment and bumper work I noticed some issues I called them up as I noticed it they said bring it in and we will take a look . They are very reliable and honest. Clermont fl Gerber get a 10 stars in my books. Thank u hecktor, Joel, Rosa, Christina, and Tammy. For anyone else I left out thank you.
