I cannot believe how well I was treated on a repaint/ warranty repair!! Derek is one of the best at customer service that I've ever seen, and I've been in customer service my whole life ( 68 yrs) !!!! My truck looked a lot better when I picked it up than it did when I bought it!! It was done earlier than promised and looks fantastic!! Than you very much!!!

Fortunately I have not had too much experience with collision repair but I recently had to have some damage repaired. Gerber was very impressive. The environment was clean and pleasant. Jessica was efficient and a delight to work with. The car looked like it just came out of the showroom. Overall great service.

Bobby was great in dealing with all the problems I had with my vehicle. I had several different issues and my vehicle was repaired quickly and every time I called the wonderful female working the front desk was awesome in helping me along with Manny. I had my vehicle there 4 times in a month for different problems and I always got my vehicle back the next day with the repair fixed properly. They are an awesome repair shop with a great staff. I will continue to take my vehicle to them every time. Thank you for all you did for me.

Wow! How impressed I am. I met with T.J. H. and he was very professional, and informative from the beginning. The parts were preordered before I left the car, left the car on a Wednesday night and picked up within 7 days! He was great in keeping me informed the whole time. Plus having the repair work done correctly it was cleaned inside and out which was an unexpected bonus! Thanks for taking good care of me T.J.

The staff & service at Gerber Collision are EXCEPTIONAL!! Anthony did a wonderful job working with me after an unfortunate incident that I chose to self-pay. I was very nervous because it was explained to me that there would probably be internal damage once they remove the bumper... the estimate was just for the exterior. Anthony did a fantastic job keeping my expenses down, no hidden surprises and ultimately NO internal damage or extra charges!! I was kept informed via text every day on the progress of my car and even received my car earlier than expected. The integrity, professionalism and friendliness of this office is outstanding. I definitely recommend Gerber and am grateful to the person who directed me there.
