Chris M. the individual who was my service provider ensured I was informed every step of the way. My car was repaired and returned back to me on time and looking almost like new. I brought my vehicle in for repair for a bent bumper. I needed a replacement for the bumper of my 2012 Kia Sorrento which cost over $200.00. The part was ordered and I was notified when the part arrived at the shop. I came with my four year old daughter and I was told it would take a few hours. I was not prepared to wait that long and I expressed my concern to Hector. He disappeared and in a very short time my vehicle was ready and repaired beautifully. In practically no time, my daughter and I were on our way again. I cannot say how much I appreciate the great staff, Hector R., Winston, Cristina and J.R., at Gerber Collision and Glass in Clermont, Florida. I recommend Gerber Collision to everyone. For the repairs needed on my vehicle, I shopped two other collision repair shops. Gerber Collision & Glass was definitely a good choice. The staff was very friendly and the repairs look great, can't even tell their was damage to my car. Thank you Emmie for taking such good car of me and my car. After an unfortunate, stupid mishap, I brought my beloved 2000 Toyota Tacoma to your shop in Deland to receive an estimate on repair. Larry G. did a great job of itemizing the estimate and clearly communicating the process that would ensue. He was knowledgeable and friendly and clearly responded to my numerous questions. I was sold on Gerber by Larry's straightforward and friendly assistance. I brought the vehicle in to confirm and begin the repair on the 28th and picked it up earlier today (7/6/17). Throughout the process Larry was clear how things would progress and how they were progressing as the repair work continued inclusive of my visit on the 21st to approve the work and pay for the needed parts. The quality of your workmanship is outstanding. I am totally pleased and, quite frankly amazed. You have a customer for life (though I ... hope I don't need to use that option too often.....). I will definitely recommend Gerber in Deland to anyone needing car repair or paint work. Lastly, I want to reiterate the positive interaction Larry G. provided during a difficult time. He is a quality representation of your organization and someone I would gladly work with in the future. He is a credit to your firm. Thanks for a very positive experience. Gerber Collision, Clermont FL, does the BEST work around. They totally rebuilt the front, from left fender to right fender, of my 2013 Black Cherry Kia Soul after the car was wrecked on a rainy Monday morning. Called and said the car was being towed straight to the shop. Manager Derek and his staff took excellent care of me, my son, and my car. Just can't say enough good stuff about them. They made sure to get all Kia parts, and even replaced the windshield.

I would give 10 stars if possible. Everyone in the shop was incredibly professional. The gentleman who evaluated my car (Shebeer A.) went above and beyond with checking possible options and solutions for the problem that I brought my car in for. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone. Sometimes as a female dealing with car issues, you are treated like you know nothing (whether you do or not). Mr. A. was so professional and helpful. The customer service was excellent and I appreciated it very much.
