Gerber did a great job with my 2004 vibe. Someone threw something at my back window and I needed a lift gate. The price was reasonable I am going back to change my head lights my headlights. Roda P. was the best. She informed me every step of the way as to what was going on with the car. She didn't just text me she called me on my cell and if she didn't get me she left a message and told me to call back if I didn't understand the message. She really took care of me. She didn't just look for the most expensive parts she order according to what I could afford. Even the labor charges weren't over priced. I would recommend this place to all my friends. Gerber, you are the best to me.

OUTSTANDING from start to finish! Anthony T. was my estimator and was vey professional and efficient. The ENTIRE staff did a great job and my vehicle damage was repaired perfectly and ahead of schedule. Additionally; they made me feel like a valuable customer. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone seeking auto body repair.

I was very satisfied with my entire experience at Gerber Collision. Kelly F. made me feel at ease and explained the entire process in great detail. Also, Fran at the front desk was very helpful in getting the rental vehicle and making me feel comfortable. The body shop part of my claim went very smoothly.

This was a WOW experience! We had a minor accident, but the vehicle wasn't drivable or risk damaging a tire (no one was injured thankfully). Within 30 minutes (or less) of being towed to Gerber, I received a text message with a link to information about my vehicle, along with an estimated time I could expect it to be ready. By the next day, the estimate information was populated and each following day, I received a text message with status information stating they were still on track with the estimated pick up day. On about day 4, in addition to the text status, I received a personal phone call. My vehicle was ready when they said and you can't tell there was any repair (and I have a discriminating eye). We had some body work done to our Cadillac Escalade. The work completed with painting and trim was great. Staff was very informed and never done business with an organization that kept you as informed on work to be done and progress as they followed through during our service. Delivery of our car was great and went over every detail of the work completed. Our car was washed including interior cleaned and looked great. I would recommend them for any work that is needed that would utilize their expertise in body work and painting. Could not notice any difference and looked just like we left the showroom at the dealer. Could not praise the staff enough on the great job they completed and sure there were many involved and can see they take great pride in what they accomplish.

Auto work was great, they even detailed the inside before we picked it up which was a surprise and very much appreciated (i have 2 young kids). Car was ready on time. I had to call to check what time I could pick it up, and it was ready. There was someone out of the office so they were short handed with communications which is understandable. Overall service was great

I went in to have my driver's side visor swapped out. When I called I was quoted a dollar amount which I felt was fair and came in to have it done. Upon completion, Bob G. indicated to me that there was no charge. He also attached the microphone to my windshield which I requested. I was at the shop for less than half an hour. I was very pleased with the completed job and will definitely be back to that Gerber location for any future needs.
