The timeline for repair was very realistic and done completely to my satisfaction. I received multiple updates on the status of my vehicle throughout the repair period. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good repair experience.

Some one kicked my new vehicle leaving black imprints and small scratch on bumper. I was near tears, Tom was a knight in shining armor Within minutes 95% of the damage was gone. Gerber has done great work in the past after a collision of a previous vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Inspection during delivery of my Honda Civic 2016 after body repair was very satisfactory- as if nothing happened to the car. My Honda Civic looks just the way it did when I took delivery from the dealership..... Excellent customer service that went far and beyond my expectation... Christopher M. was very accommodating and had provided answers to all my questions. I will definitely recommend this Gerber Auto Body Shop to my friends!!!

Emmie is unbelievably competent and sweet at the location in Sanford, Florida at 3941 West State Road 46. I received consistent text updates phone calls. The mechanics are very good there as well! I have been hit 3 times in a year and a half, and have gone to this Gerber location each and every time. I have had perfect results always! Thanks for great service and great people.

I had 2 BB pellet dents in my door and they made it look brand new cant even tell where it was let alone whereit was painted...they bent my molding for my window but replaced it before they called me n told me my car was done...and my car was done 1 day ahead of time!!...so happy and cant beat that lifetime warranty!...thanks Hector for taking car of my car...

So much so that I will bring a recently purchased car to Gerber for new paint. Overall and fantastic experience. I expected a hassle and poor communication. What I received was the polar opposite. Thank you for an excellent example of what customer service should be!
