I brought my vehicle in to re-paint the trunk and check for a leak into the trunk. Bobby gave me a breakdown of the costs with or without purchasing and applying the decals. The estimate was better than the local competitors, was finished within the timeframe promised and the workmanship was excellent. They even went the extra mile to spray the inside of the vehicle to get rid of the standing water smell and replaced both taillights that had gone out. Excellent all around service. I would recommend this location to anyone without hesitation.

This is the third time I have used your services at this location. Your employees do excellent work. This time is no exception. Wendy B. is amazing she even called the car rental agency twice for me when they didn't show up. She went above and beyond when three weeks after picking up my car she helped me find out what the grinding noise was that I had been hearing for those three weeks. Through Wendy I saw two different mechanics and it was discovered that it was in my transmission and from the collision. I was in tears when I found out how much it would cost. I can't thank Wendy enough for all her help. I thank God and Wendy for finding out it was covered under insurance. I highly recommend your company to everyone I know. In fact my father has already had his truck hood repaired at this same facility through Wendy. He was very impressed ... as well. read more

I had an excellent experience at Gerber with Carlson B. It was a pleasure to speak with him. He was very professional and explained everything very clearly. It was a relief, especially after an accident to have someone speak with you genuinely about your situation. I highly recommend both Gerber and Mr. B. I will definitely use Gerber in the future.

The Estimator, Maria, and Manager, Gus, were extremely proficient and courteous during the initial procedure to have the damage to my car repaired. They were professional and very knowledgeable when they explained the repairs and the repair estimate to my car. They were very expedient with the repairs and constantly emailed the progress status of my car repairs. I would definitely recommend this establishment to friends and relatives.

Am a USAA policy holdèr but RROGRESSIVE covered my damaged bumper repair when vehicle was hit while parked.This was 2nd experience with Gerber SR16 location in 90 days with situations where I was not at fault. Both Progressive (Richard in St Augustine and the agent in Ohio) and Dan & Robin at Gerber were terrific with their follow up & updates. Kudos to both groups.

Hector was great to deal with. He kept me up to date on how my car was doing and what they were working on.
