From the convenient time, Sunday morning, throughout the inspection process my expectations were exceeded. In a timely manner I was informed of the estimate and my insurance coverage by a professional claims representative. I would also like to recognize Nubia M. manager of this location, for her efforts that went beyond ... her positive approach informative and professional was appreciated and valued!

Thank you so much. This was a very stressful experience for me. I had 2 cars in need of body work when they were both hit by the same at the time. Gerber was right there with me and assisted me from the moment I walked into the door. Even though this process was long I was kept in the "loop" every step of the way. Thank you to receptionist for handling all the paperwork and her friendly voice and smile. Thank you to Mike I believe, he helped me clean out my one car that was unable to be fixed and he talked me through the process. Thank you to all the guys that help fix my car's "boo boo". She looks great. :) Finally, Thank you to Dave L. for all his help and assistance and knowledge to make this experience one that was a little less painful. From my first phone call until I drove away with my vehicle repaired, EVERYONE I dealt with was first class. Even though we had a power outage due to the hurricane and I had to reschedule, my van was repaired quickly in 1 1/2 days! Yes, I would recommend them to friends.

Tom was great. He was quick but explained everything out in detail. Tom personally kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was finished a day ahead of schedule. I hope I never have to go back, however, accidents happen and I would not hesitate to call Tom at Gerber collision again.

Great service and excellent quality of work from first phone call to taking the vehicle back. All the staff were great, but especially Jim Lilly who I knew from his previous life at the local Ford dealership and who couldn't have done more to provide the level of service we all hope for, but rarely get. And a special mention to all the front office staff, especially Kate and Tiffany who were great. And the quality of the finished work -- excellent, better than new.

Excellent work. Car looks fresh off the showroom floor. Fast service - two days. My advisor, Hector R., kept me well informed of the daily status. He also went over and above the insurance estimate (at no additional charge) to make sure the car was right. I hope I never have to go back, but if I have to, then this shop is the number one choice.
