I had a great experience at Gerber Collision & Glass on Semoran Blvd. I want to especially thank Meli and the rest of the team for their honesty and professionalism. I thought I had an expensive issue with my car, but they quickly checked it and fixed the problem without charging me anything. I truly appreciate their kindness and integrity. Excellent customer service - I highly recommend this location!

I had an excellent experience and wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received last week. Miss Sherri didn't turn me away like the other two Gerbers I went to, she got up and never missed a beat , From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with genuine care and professionalism. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. She informed me she wasn't a progressive shop and helped me getting my estimate from progressive and got me scheduled in. I wasn't going to send a review, but the other two shops were so unprofessional just not willing to help me, and I walked in this location and the manager helped me. Great Staff as well!

I was absolutely pleased with the service and work provided by Gerber on Apalachee Parkway. And, Ty is an absolute gem...professional, personable, and on top of her game! She made sure I was taken care of from start to finish and helped me navigate insurance, rental car, etc. Every time I mention how great Gerber Parkway is, the response is always, "isn't Ty just awesome?" Kudos to the entire Gerber Apalachee Parkway team. Everything was great!
