Gerber Collision Punta Gorda Florida. have no hesitation to have your vehicle repaired at this shop. the Customer care of the shop is Super. they keep you informed of everything that is happening while your car is being repaired. They are meticulous in making sur that your vehicle will be back to new - or better that new when the job is completed. A special shout out to Jon, Rico, Chystal, Cheryl, and whoever is doing the painting (no fisheyes or overage - top in their field)! During the hardship of your vehicle damaged, the whole time they show compassion to getting your car back to you in better shape than what it was originally was, with little or no stress to you. A Back Order had happened to me, but they did what they could to get me back on the road so that there was no infliction of pain to my finances. They are Top of their Game!

As I stated before. It was the best experience I had with any repair facility. They keep you updated on your repairs. They really make you feel like you are part of their family. I didn't want to leave even though my car was finished. A special thanks to Isaiah that when above and beyond all of my expectations. I recomend that everyone use Gerber body and glass. You will not only get great body people, but an experience to remember.

The Gerber team did excellent work and did it in a timely way. Our white colored Jeep had an altercation with a stationary traffic control device that dented and transferred yellow paint to our two passenger side doors. In less than two weeks, we had new doors and an excellent matched paint job. There is no evidence of the initial damage after the completion of the Gerber repair job, i.e. the paint job is a perfect match to the car's original paint work and there is no evidence of the original side panel dented metal. In summary, Gerber earned our five stars and should the situation arise, we will tell anyone who we know who might have a similar repair need, to contact Gerber in our city.

The service we received was exceptional. We will be heading to Maine next week, and they made sure that our car was repaired - even sooner than we expected and it looks like they did an excellent job. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I believe I dealt with Richard L. and I can't praise him enough; he was responsible for dealing with ordering the parts to making sure we got our car back as soon as possible.

Thank you! Stopped by with a large yellow scrape on my car. They came right out. Cleaned all the yellow paint off. Dont look to bad. Great servuce with no charge. God Bless hou folks!!
