I stopped by today unannounced with my 2026 Range Rover, and I asked the young lady at the front desk for a estimate she stated she could take a look at it take a few pics and send it to me. But instead she came out took one look at and said I can do something even better and came back buffed my door and got everything out! I was shocked, she was so pleasant I tried to pay her and she wouldn't take my money! I hope she gets this and know I will send everyone I know to her. She was a delight!

First, the repair estimate was accurate...there were not added expenses (although Mr. Becerra mentioned that could happen). The work was completed with precision. And I was able to receive my "repaired" car in a very short time, thereby reducing my rental car expense! Bottom line: Great job by Mr. B. and the Gerber-Valrico team. Thank you.

I had an exceptional experience with my Estimator Kelly F. My truck repair was completed within 3 weeks, half the time I was quoted. I was updated on our progress and status almost daily. The truck was flawless when I picked it up. The entire staff was amazing, friendly and professional. Cant ask for anything more.

Highly Recommend Gerber Collision! I had a great experience. The entire team was very professional, and I especially want to highlight Tanyi at the front desk-she was fantastic she kept me updated throughout the entire repair process with regular follow-ups and clear communication. My car was fixed within a week, and the quality of the repair work was excellent. I really appreciated how organized and communicative they were from start to finish. Gerber collision was amazing to work with. The customer service was 10plus. Steve was absolutely amazing. Called every Tuesday and Thursday. He would give me updates and took the time to actually explain things to me and was super helpful with the whole process. I could go on and on about how wonderful everyone was that worked there. And my car looks and rides like brand new. I highly recommend them.
