I had spoken to a lady who was singing the praises of Gerber Collision and Glass. She told me they had repaired the damage to her car and that she was so pleased with the outcome. So, when I had some minor damage to my car, I took it to Gerber Collision for an evaluation and estimate of what needed to be done. I was surprised because their estimate was so reasonable. I dropped off my car at Gerber Collision early Monday morning, and Enterprise Car Rental picked me up. They took me back to the Enterprise office to set me up for a rental car. Everything ran smoothly. Just like clockwork, Gerber Collision called to say my car repair work was completed, and I could come pick up my car. It wasn't until I came to pick up the car that they told me they had painted my bumper and explained how I should care for a newly painted car. I was ... pleasantly surprised. Often, when the job requires bodywork, painting is needed. I had not discussed painting my car's rear bumper, but they did without me asking. I was so impressed with both Enterprise and Gerber Collision and Glass. I hope I never need them again, BUT if I did, I would ask for their services again. If anyone asks for a bodywork recommendation, I will definitely refer them. read more

I have never had to deal with a accident, insurance claim, and all that comes along with it in my adult life and I am 52. The Crystal River shop that fixed my car and did an absolutely amazing job. A new front clip, and work on both driver side doors after having a shovel fly out of the back of a truck and hitting my car at 60+ miles per hour. Starting with the initial drop off and not knowing how things work i was treated with patience and respect. The work done on the body restored my car to how it looked when I bought it. As a completely unexpected bonus this shop did detailed cleaning of the interior that I had absolutely trashed with smoking and the fact that I spend more time in my car, than I do in my home. I cant wait to show my work friends as well as tell them how professionally this was handled after hearing the horror stories ... they had about similar experiences. Im completely blown away by how simple this whole process was. This shop will be highly recommended by me for as long as I live in here in Florida. OUTSTANDING! read more

I was sent here by my insurance company for auto body repair. I was treated with kindness,knowledge and respect. You see in these days I have found when they see a female coming it's like they think she doesn't know anything about a car and because of that I have been treated poorly. Not so here. My adjuster's name was Guy. He treated me so well. Every good point I made above was because of Guy. If gerber collision were to give out rewards he should get one he went above and beyond. I was kept informed of the progress that was as made on a weekly basis. It was as such a pleasant surprise and what made it better was that they finished my car ahead of schedule!!!!!!!. I was able to leave the rental car with them and they returned it to enterprise for me. So very convenient. I highly recommend this company. If I could give it more than 5 ... stars I would. Thank you Guy and the rest of the staff that worked on my vehicle in such a timely and informative manner. Never had this kind of service before. read more

This was the second time I have used Gerber Collision for minor cosmetic repairs, and they excel not only in the repairs but also in customer service. Pricing is also very competitive. Will be going back in the future, hopefully for just cosmetic touch-up repairs again.

Three weeks ago my car was hit in a parking lot while I was in a store shopping. The person left after hitting my car without letting me know. I called my insurance company the next day to let them know what happened. They gave me their top 5 places to take my car. I asked for their suggestion because this was the first for me. They said if it was them they would go to Gerber Collision. So I did. My husband & I were greeted when we walked in the door, the lady (sorry I forgot her name) said Lindsey will be right with us. We went outside to look at the damage. Lindsey said she would text with updates, she did and that it would be 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. I returned today to pick up my SUV and she looked brand new. They even cleaned my car inside & out. I brought someone with me so I could return my rental and Lindsey said don't worry about ... it we will take car of it. I was in my car & back at work in less than a 1/2 hour. Thank you Lindsey & everyone at Gerber for being so professional and caring for your customers the way you do.
