Kelly and Kelly were the best! Excellent quality of work, above and beyond! Excellent customer service! Excellent communication! Vehicle ready 2 days earlier than expected! Even the inside of the vehicle came back cleaner that it was when I left it! I will recommend it highly to all and wouldn't go anywhere else in the future! 10 out of 10, and if I could give an 11, I would!!! Thank you!!

I had a unique issue with a windshield trim piece on my wife's Highlander. I stopped in to hopefully pursue a solution and Ricky A. could not have been more helpful! We colluded on a solution and Ricky spent a lot of time helping source the parts at the best possible price point. I submit you will not find a more helpful, honest and knowledgeable gentleman than Ricky. If you need glass or collision repair, this is the place to go!

FL - 1700 Dobbs Rd, St Augustine - 3/2/26

Took our car here. They had it for almost a month, with zero communication. Finally picked it up last week. Once we had it for a day or so, realized the bumper wasn't clipped on, there's a coupler not hooked up and dangling. This is a SAFETY issue. Called the shop. Told we have to make an appointment. Only Chad can handle this and nobody else will help. Made an appt for Chad this morning. He called off because of his dog and nobody else can help. Took off work for today to accommodate Gerber NOT DOING THEIR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE. I want my car fixed. You people got paid. Why is my car not fixed? Now has a parts hanging off of it. Possibly causing damage to these parts. And, ITS A SAFETY CONCERN.

We recently had the pleasure of having Gerber repair our badly damaged vehicle. It is a 2023 Expedition, and it was "so new" to the repairs that had to be done, that they had to go way beyond customer service to find out how to achieve them. They were updating us constantly, which really helped us understand what the complex processes were and how they were going to achieve them. They even had to buy new equipment to complete the repairs. When they were finished, our car looked like it just came out of the showroom. We are absolutely pleased with the finished repairs and would HIGHLY recommend Gerber Collision for anyone who needs collision work done. All the employees were kind and wonderful to work with, and they are now our business of choice. Many thanks to eveyone who worked on our car!!!!!

Gerber repaired and painted my 2017 Yukon's rear bumper damage, and it looks brand new. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I'd recommend Gerber for collision repairs and body work.

I recently had my truck repaired at the Odessa shop. I dealt with Brandon regional manager. Brandon was very polite, kind and courteous. He quoted me a fair price and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. He said it was going to be close to Finish on Friday evening and they did not get the truck done. However he did call me and said he will come in on Saturday to make sure it gets finished even though they are closed Saturday. Saturday was not only a day they were closed but it was Valentine's Day. Brandon took the time to come in even though I told him I could wait until Monday. He insisted on me picking up the truck Saturday and said it was no problem. Brandon took time away from his family came in did the paperwork and I was very satisfied with the job that was done. Brandon definitely went above and beyond and should ... be recognized for his commitment to great customer service. He is truly an asset to Gerber Collision and for obvious reasons I hope not to have to deal with him again. I only mean because I don't want my truck damaged anymore. However if the need arises, I will definitely go back to Gerber and it's all because of Brandon's excellent service! read more

After a hit and run that damaged the front left panel on our new Sprinter van, we needed to find a reputable auto body repair business and after talking with our insurance agent and other folks (plus doing some research online) we opted to go to Gerber Collision & Glass in Leesburg, Florida to do our report. They responded quickly to our call and setup an appointment with them so that they could evaluate what was needed for repair to to done, explained the entire process very clearly (where a child could understand), and how long it would take for repair to be completed...once we were satisfied with the estimate we scheduled a time for us to bring the Van in to have work done. On drop off day, they did a walk around Van to document what other damages there were (none, only that front left panel), explained the process once more, ... answered all our questions (one being if they would put it inside shop overnight and they said they would - and did for we were able to see where vehicle was at at all time)...said it would be about two weeks...during the time it was in shop, they sent notifications on what was happening, if there were any issues, and where in the process every couple of days so that we wouldn't be wondering....and good news is that Van was ready 4 days before the estimated day of completion (so instead of 14 days, was only 10 days in shop). When we picked up the vehicle they once again did a walk around with us and the panel that was damaged you couldn't tell - they were able to remove all the dents, scrapes, and matched the paint color and clear coat perfectly (none, they didn't get a new panel to replace the damaged one). Personnel was very professional and courteous, responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend to everyone we know that if they need repair work on their vehicles to use Gerber Collision & Glass! read more
