Friendly and efficient team. They done a great job repairing my 2020 Ford edge, it looked like new. They washed and detailed the vehicle inside and out. Thanks to my service team and Gerber Collision. I highly recommend Gerber Collision to repair your automobile. P.S. They had my vehicle completed in less than 5 days.

Tiffany G and associates in the body department were absolutely 10 stars. Not only were they pleasant but they took care of the scratch I had on my Subaru in record time and within record dollars. I don't wish for anyone to need collision repair but if you do, Gerber Collision of Estero is the only place to take your collision needs....you won't be sorry.

My car was ready earlier than expected and it looks Brand Nee-both inside and out. Our estimator Robert E. kept us informed every step of the way and dealt with the insurance company for us. Everything was easy to do.

I rate them 5 stars because they stand by their quality. They handled a front bumper repair well but I had a concern with the matching paint color. The manager, Casey, said they would take care of it. I brought it back, they redid it in one day. The job was great. Thank you to Casey, Tim and Jennifer for being the professionals they are.

Unfortunately I have had frustrating experiences with another auto repair shop. Gerber was recommended by two different friends . Each one spoke of the professional, fair, clean work. I was fully informed of ALL the repairs before signing the agreement to do the work. The progress of the repair was given Tuesday and Thursday!! Dates of completion were always honored. The shop is a well run business and communication is a priority.

This is the second time I have used your service. I asked my agent if Gerber was still approved and you were to my delight. Your employees re a delight to work with and kept me informed about my vehicle. They also helped me with my rental car. The first one was too big for me and they told me that I could get another one. Just love working with you guys. Wish you were a full service auto shop. You know oil changes and tires. Thank you for your great service!!!!

I truly appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff. I was also pleased to see that the repair was completed in less than three days, which was sooner than the estimated seven days, and the work was carried out perfectly.

I cannot say enough good things about how the entire staff at Gerber, especially estimator John, took care of me after my car accident. Caring, courteous and communicative.
