Everyone was very courteous and helpful. They did an excellent job on my paint and body work on the right back side/corner over my wheel of my Honda CRV even though it was minor damage. My cost was under my deductible so I just paid it myself. My car was ready when promised with no delays. GREAT JOB!!!

I've done business with Gerber in St Cloud, FL a few times and the customer service is always EXCELLENT. The first time, I was helped by Bobby H. He was amazing! On a Feb 6, a technician came to my house to replace my car window, I don't know his name, but he too provided excellent customer service, did a great job. This week, I came into the office and was helped by Carlos. Again, great customer service. I've told everyone I know in St Cloud to use Gerber if they ever have a need. Greatly appreciate the folks at Gerber!

This experience at Gerber in Deland was simply the very best. Fit me in on short notice and completed the work 5 days prior to promise. Car is perfect - like it never even happened! I give Tom 5 stars . Very polite he look over my Whole car and explain everything to me. And even gave me a tip on how to clean my battery.. Great Customer Service . I give body and details workers 5 stars. I couldn't even recognize my car when it was done. Just Beautiful. They all did a amazing job. Highly recommended by me and my Fiance. He was completely shocked. He was so happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH TOM AND GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS. The receptionist was so sweet and polite. Great customer service to. 5 stars for her to.

My experience with Gerber was phenomenal. Having been my first accident and being down in Florida without and family, I was confused and nervous about having to get my car fixed. The staff at Gerber was awesome, particularly Jeff! He was very helpful, answered all my questions, kept me updated every day about my car, and even had my car done within 3 days! I didn't even need a rental. It was amazing. I really appreciate him making sure it was done so soon so I could avoid the headache of a rental. I'm extremely happy with my service from Gerber. Wow! The service was very professional. Staff was very friendly. Car was delivered on time. Even a little scratch, that has nothing to do with the collision, was corrected when I pointed to the technician. This is a brand new car. Thanks Gerber. It looks like nothing happened. Two thumb up.
