Requested repair estimate 3-21-18 received same day. Requested repair 3-27-18 completed 3-29-18. All work completed in a professional manner, Inspection of work completed very satisfactory. Job well done. Interactions with service personnel found them to be very informative and helpful especially Shawn G. who was a pleasure to talk to. In future if I there is a need to recommend to my friends a repair establishment. Gerber at 850 E, Hibiscus Blvd would be the one.

I worked with Tom S. for damage to my Lexus IS250. Tom was extremely professional. He explained the repairs needed, what complications might arise and gave me an estimate of tine to repair. His estimate was exactly right, I felt like Tom & Gerber went above and beyond to repair my car. The car was finished on time and was in perfect condition. Excellent repair service and customer service.

This is a follow up to add to my first feedback. I can not express enough how amazingly fantastic the staff and work quality produced at that store is. . I have had a steady stream of neighbors and their friends and families down here visiting come over to see this car over the past 2 weeks.. I wish when I owned my business I was blessed to have a complete group as you do. WOW the customer is cutting way short. My last feedback I wrote that my car looked as if it just rolled off the assembly line....Far better than that. Ernie...Danielle..Mark.., Steve AND your detailer are truly dedicated to their positions. The final appearance of my car is undoubtedly show quality and I intend on keeping it that way.
