I was very impressed with the continuous feedback from Tom as they were working on my vehicle, the timely manner that it was repaired, and the excellent job done. Wish I would have known about Gerber a few years back when had major damage to my toyota and went to a local family owed repair shop and had nothing but issues. I will recommend Gerber to others for sure! But I hope I never have to use you again LOL!

Very clean, professional. Received a call indicating that it would be finished on Monday; however, I was told by Mike it would be at least a week. Received no follow-up call on Monday, car was finished on Wednesday. Received a call at 4:50 PM, it closed at 5:30, was pleased that they took the rental car at their location. Communication could be a little bit more accurate. Very nice and friendly.
