This is an easy five star rating. The whole interaction between Noli, the receptionist, and Jeff, the...car guy, was of superior service quality. Jeff & Noli both knew me by first name and went out of their way to exceed my body shop expectations. Jeff offered detailed explanations about what was being done to my car, noting that I had limited knowledge in the subject. They both are exemplary, trustworthy, and kind employees that deserve to be recognized. I will certainly return to this Gerber location for any future repairs.

All the staff are outstanding and very professional. The car a 2013 Lexus with 20,000 was show room condition before the car was backed into. The accident repairs were done in extremely well. The majority of the parts were OEM. Although the car now shows on CarFax as being in an accident, the cars finished job looks like the car was never hit. I will Gerber Collision of St Clouf, Fl, five stars and will highly recommend them for all collision repair needs.
