Most people know automobile accidents are hard to deal with for so many reasons. When dealing with auto repair it's great to know I don't have to worry about who to go to anymore. I am unfortunate in repeatedly being hit by negligent drivers, and once again I found myself needing my vehicle repaired. It's great to know I didn't have to second guess on who I was going to for those repairs. Upon contacting Gerber Collision I once again was met with the awesome team Amie - Service adviser, and Josh - the repair specialist. Jimmy A. goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with everything. He is always checking in with you to make sure you know the status of your car. If you find one little issue, he will get it fixed asap. Jimmy always has a smile on his face. I just can't get over how amazing his customer service is.
