When I selected Gerber Collision to perform the repair work on my car I had no previous experience or knowledge about this company. The first person I met there was Jean, the lady who took all my information about myself and my car. This lady knows her stuff! Jean is fast and very efficient. Bob H is the man who inspected my car and explained to me exactly what had to be repaired or replaced to restore my car to like new condition. Bob pointed out a few things that I did not even see until he showed them to me. I'm glad he did point those things out and it was my decision to go ahead and fix it right. The boys back in the shop did a great job too. When I inspected my car with Bob after the repairs everything looked great and I am well satisfied. Thanks to the Titusville Gerber Team. Great service at Gerber collision center. The employees are organized. You can tell who is doing what while in the waiting area. I had a chance to work with Mr. C who got my vehicle in for the scheduled appointment. Surprisingly the work was completed to satisfaction on the same day. I have picked it up and saved on rental. Kudos to Cassat location team.

My wife hit a deer on the way to work. I took her car to get an estimate at Gerber collision. Tom looked it over and gave us all the details of what needed to be fixed. They started working on it a couple of days later. Tom was in constant contact with us. He continually updated us with the progress and what other hidden damage was found. When completed, Tom walked us through the entire repair, showed us pictures of the hidden damage they found and took the time to answer any questions we had. I would definitely work with Tom and Gerber collision again and would highly recommended their business to anyone!
