I'm very satisfied with the work Gerber did for me. The company from front desk to Mgr to Technician were outstanding. Did the work on time, made adjustments, no questions asked, very efficient. Clean organized office and work area. The customer service from my initial call - was outstanding. Workmanship and service EXCELLENT - way above and beyond just "good enough" - so refreshing in a world where a lot of businesses seem to do just enough to get by. Thanks Gerber on Forsyth!

Anytime you are involved in an accident it is big headache. I was directed to Gerber Collision and once my vehicle was there, we had a minor glitch but Dulce was incredible to work with. Tom S did a very courteous and thorough job helping coordinate the restoration of my car. It was a semi-classic car that had been very well-taken- care of, and he seemed to go to extra effort to ensure that the older metallic paint could be properly matched. He also replaced the rear bumper for fear that the new paint would not properly adhere to it. I was very pleased wit the service. Tom did say that the paint rep said it was an experimental paint, so I should check back with him in 30 days to make sure that the paint "took". I will follow up at that time if the paint had problems, but the service was great!

My daughter had a minor accident in her 2017 Jeep Wrangler, I brought it to Gerber on Semoran Blvd in Orlando. I must tell you I was very pleased with the customer service the repair work and the communication. My must also mention how great it was working with Antonio, he made the whole night mare of this accident much easier to deal with. Great Job by Antonio and if I every require any body work again he will get my business because he earned it.
